1. Digital Product License
By purchasing a premade script from Jupiter Agency, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the software for your personal or business projects.
- You may not resell or redistribute the source code as a standalone product.
- One license covers use on one domain/project unless specified otherwise.
- Jupiter Agency retains all intellectual property rights to the base code.
2. No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods (source code), all sales are final. Once the files have been delivered via WhatsApp, Email, or Direct Download, we cannot issue a refund.
3. Custom Work
Custom projects require a 50% upfront deposit. Timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on the scope of revisions requested during the build phase.
4. Limitation of Liability
Jupiter Agency shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software products or services.
